Can artwork be commissioned at affordable prices?

I have just added a page to the site which is a simple guide to commissioning artwork It is not exhaustive or comprehensive, but it is aimed at people who have not done this before and may be daunted by the process.

I hope it is of interest and I welcome comments on how this guide can be amended or supplemented to answer further questions..
